Company OutlineIn 1976 (the 51st year of Showa era), based on experience and technologies accumulated for a long time, we established a production/sales company of the cylinder liner, sleeve of automobile engine parts. @We acquired a corporate status in two years. The reason why we were able to accomplish successful achievements in a steady manner in a automobile industry to be easily influenced by the economy is not because of our efforts made blindly but because of our good human relations developed in a long period of time and because of good employees and also because of continuous efforts and research pursued through our collaboration with related cooperative companies. @@@@@@@@@
As there are many
kinds of automobiles, there are many kinds of engines. There also is an extreme variance in the sizes of the lot.
There are a number of cases where a small number of lots are produced for
many kinds of products. In
addition, the selling prices have not risen for the last twenty to thirty years.
During the last few years, we have been forced to reduce the prices due
to strong yen and the influence of the burst of the bubble economy.
Furthermore, due to the demand of precision and accuracy because of
special cast iron, processing requires difficult advanced skills.
As a company, we are required to have a strong footing in the company
management.
The
cylindrical shaped raw materials with the weight of 5 to 20 kg have to go under
7 to 8 different processes to turn into finished materials with the weight of 1
to 8 kg and 2 to 7 mm thickness with the minimum thickness of 1.5 mm. The finished cylinder that glistens in silver reflects a
mysterious beam of light.
Our products are exported under the name of HTK BRAND to various countries such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and South Africa, not to mention domestic Japan.
